Our Vision and Mission

We envision a world where smallholder farmers and their communities are at the forefront of the circular economy. By turning organic waste and excess produce into valuable nature-based products, we create new income streams, restore ecosystems, and replace synthetic materials, building a resilient and healthier planet together.

Our mission is to create a pioneering business model which generates strong returns for investors using low-carbon technology while maximising value retention for resource-rich communities, ensuring long-term impact and shared prosperity.

Callaghan Innovation Funding

Stage 3 - This grant has allowed us to explore the opportunity to valorise organic waste streams in New Zealand and understand the market potential to use natural fibres and compounds to substitute fibres (plastic) derived from fossil fuels.

Natural Fibre Research and Innovation

As a result of our findings during the Innovate UK funded Feasibility Study, we established Natural Fibre Research & Innovation as a non-profit sister company to lead our research into natural fibres and compounds.
